 Frequently Asked Questions

  • As a coach trained in ICF structure, I believe that coaching is client-led. Together we’ll develop the agenda for each coaching session to ensure the work we’re focused on serves you where you are at in the moment.goes here

  • Ideally you should plan on 4-6 months to complete the program. This allows flexibility to work around your personal and professional commitments without putting additional pressure on yourself.

  • It blends traditional career coaching, which is usually finding you the right job, looking at your skills, that kind of stuff. With the emotional release work, I found that a lot of people do great with kind of the basic career coaching, but for those stickier, messier problems, usually there's some emotional work that needs to happen in order to free up those emotions so that you can make the transformation you want to make. You can do that through traditional coaching, or you can use cutting edge emotional release tools that I've been trained in that are trauma informed to help you more easily make the changes that you're wanting to make. It's something to consider.

  • You have up to a year to complete all sessions. If you feel a year isn’t enough time, then this might not be the program for you.

  • Emotional change doesn’t happen on your brain’s timeline - it happens on your body’s. Keeping your nervous system safe will allow any needed changes to stick.

  • It's designed with full time professionals in mind. You’ll have the ability to schedule sessions in advance and reschedule when something comes up. If you find none of my available times work for you, we’ll figure out a time that suits us both.

  • The only guarantee is I guarantee that if you don't do the work, nothing will change. You may receive a refund for unused sessions as described in your onboarding paperwork.

  • Each time we meet, we'll see where you are and log your wins so that at the end of the program we can use that data as we develop your next career steps.
