If you’re like many of the folks I work with, here’s what I know about you …
You’re smart, competent, driven … and can figure darn near anything out. You might even think you’re a badass at work.
From the outside looking in, you’re on top of your career game. You might even be one of those people that others envy.
But if you take a look underneath the hood, you’ll see a few cracks.
Things aren’t working like they used to.
Maybe you’re finding yourself angry and frustrated for no apparent reason.
Maybe you’re making mistakes you never made before.
Maybe your heart is having a tougher and tougher time getting out of bed in the morning and doing it all over again.
Those cracks might be showing up externally as well …
You’re put on the important teams … but never put in charge of the important teams. Or how ‘bout all those times you've told your boss what you want, but you've heard "not this time" … time and again. Maybe that job you had your heart set on was filled by someone else who wasn't nearly as good as you, or you’ve heard that same mantra, "not this year" about your promotion … one too many times.
The harder you try, the more you trigger jealousy and resentment. The more you help, the more people protect ‘their turf’. The better your ideas, the more they shut you out.
If the cracks are getting big enough, you’re probably getting less than stellar performance reviews, and you see the writing on the wall.
If you can relate to any of this ... you’ve probably already tried ALL the things that are SUPPOSED work, only to find that they make things worse.
And chances are that at this point, something at work has made you feel like you've been slapped in the face … hard.
And you feel like you were set up for failure by your leadership.
Something Has to Change

That’s clear now, right? But what is it? That’s where the confusion sets in, right?
You've probably never been one of the "chosen ones.” On the contrary, you've had to work your tail off to get to where you are right now - and you pride yourself in it!
The problem is that at this point, working harder isn’t working. No matter how hard you work, you never seem to be able to get ahead.
No wonder it's driving you crazy that you can't figure out this problem!
Think about how amazing it would be to show up to the office each day, full of enthusiasm and ready to dig into the day's work. Feeling like you're receiving the recognition and the money you deserve. Knowing that you're in a place where you feel like you actually belong.
But what is your next move towards that vision?
And how are you going to break out of this cycle, so that you don't make this same career mistake again?
Here's the problem: we can find ourselves in jobs where we're overworked and unappreciated by our leadership. For whatever reason they don't see our brilliance, they don't get how good we are. And no matter how hard we work, they just don't get US.
Here's how I see it: your biggest hurdle to career satisfaction existed well before you stepped into your current role.
Sure, you know that any career requires great performance and hard work - and you know how to do both exceptionally well. And it's only one part of what's needed for you to feel like you are truly in the right spot for you, to maximize your contribution and to feel satisfied day in and day out.
So here is the golden ring that keeps eluding you …
It's being in the right job for you
The job that you have to pinch yourself that it's real. The job that you can't believe they actually pay you to do.
Let THAT sink in for a moment.
People like us are model employees - we know what to do and we get it done – period. But when we're not in the right position for us, something's off. Yes we are competent (and we'll absolutely work our tail off if we're not, so that we do become competent), but we're not in our genius zone.
And because we're working sooooo hard to establish and maintain competence at something we might not be all that good at to start with, our heart's not fully in our work - and it shows.
If we don't see we're in the wrong job, we continue to work harder - which digs us deeper into the hole. And this drives us nuts - after all, how can we be so smart and work so hard … and not be recognized for the brilliant, genius model employee that we absolutely know we are?
It's like trying to drive a Ferrari up the mountain in the snow.
It's hard work for the sports car – it was designed for racing, not for climbing a mountain in the snow. And if the wheels spin, pressing the gas isn't going to help us get up that mountain in that car!
You need a different vehicle to get up that mountain with ease
So working harder isn't going to help if you're working harder in the wrong job.
Pressing the gas harder isn't going to stop the wheels spinning.
What you need is something designed to help you break the cycle of chasing that golden ring and propel you to the right position for you.

I have done work with Heather over the years and I must say, it has truly helped to transform my life and my relationships. Her ability to hold space and help guide me on my healing is truly an intuitive gift that not all healers/EFT practitioners have.
I have always felt safe and trusting of her during our work together, which is so important to me. She has helped me evolve over these years to be a bigger, stronger, more efficient self that can contribute to the world and live on purpose.
I absolutely recommend her work to anyone and I will continue working with her as well because our healing is truly a life long journey. If you find a coach/mentor like Heather that you connect with, keep them close and carry them on your journey as you evolve and grown. Heather's work is truly priceless and will pay you back in ways you cannot imagine!
